We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase, and within reason. For example, we will happily process a return if you just don't like the color in person or recieved it as a gift and it's not a good fit. We cannot, however, accept a return if your dog chewed it up or if your turmeric kombucha exploded on it. We hope you understand. To start a return, contact us at the link below.

We’re proud of the quality of our products and we’re human, so sometimes small quality issues slip past our eagle eyes. If your product has a manufacturing defect, you can be sure we’ll take care of you. PIRIC provides warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. We do reserve the right to research into the issue and will also require proof of purchase. If it’s determined to be defective, the item will be replaced on our dime. Let us know at link below.
